April Lily Partridge wins The Roux Scholarship 2023

April Lily Partridge has won The Roux Scholarship 2023. The 29-year-old sous chef from The Ledbury, beat five other finalists in a highly challenging final cook-off held at Westminster Kingsway College, London, on Monday 3rd April 2023. We have sponsored the Roux Scholarship since its inception 40 years so are very are excited to hear the details of The Roux Scholarship 2023, which apparently will see the most dramatic developments to the competition since its launch nearly 40 years ago. Global introduces new products for 2022

This September we invited some of our fabulous customers to the beautiful Langham Hotel in London, to celebrate the launch of our new products. During the day, we all took part in a cookery class, hosted by the wonderful ‘Sauce’.
