Huge congratulations to Jonathan Ferguson for winning the Roux Scholarship 2022. The 25-year-old junior sous chef from The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in Crieff, Scotland, beat five other finalists in a highly challenging final cook-off held at Westminster Kingsway College, London, on Monday 11th April 2022. Congratulations to Oli Williamson who has won the 2020/21 Roux Scholarship! The 30-year-old Sous Chef from The Fat Duck, Bray, beat five other finalists in a fiercely contested final held at Westminster Kingsway College, London, on Monday 25th October, after the competition was postponed twice due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
