Global Knives have developed an extensive range over the years. The original series, Global classic contains over 150 individual knives which is the largest collection of knives contained in any single collection. The classic range is supplemented by the SAI a range that uses the most up to date manufacturing techniques to create a premium knife collection that boasts a 3-ply design that retains its core CROMOVA18 steel which is finished with a hammered design and gives you a sharper cut. The Global Ni shares very similar features with the Global classic series, the improvements to the range are a thicker blade for increased strength and weight and an elongated handle with a spine that has been slightly rounded to provide a pinch grip. UKON Knives are subject to even more precise grinding and finishing work, making them 10 percent sharper out of the box. The UKON knives also feature an ambidextrous thumb rest for added control and efficiency.
