Global produce a few different styles of palette knives to compliment the Global collection. The GS-21 are the 'flat' palette knives, i.e. the blade lies horizontally with the handle of the knife. The GS-21 comes in 4 different sizes, starting with the smallest, GS 21/4 11cm, GS 21/6 15cm, GS 21/8 20cm and GS 21/10 25cm. All these different sizes feature the same handle, with has a comfortable thumb rest for added control. The blades themselves are not sharp, but are flexible making these knives great for getting under any food that is frying like eggs or burgers, or for controlling runny food whilst cooking. You can also use these knives for spreading icing.
